Our Latest Milestone at Tobi Seeobst AG, Switzerland!

Thrilled to Share Our Latest Milestone at Tobi Seeobst AG, Switzerland! 🌟

We are excited to announce the successful completion of our latest project: 25 state-of-the-art storage rooms designed for the optimal preservation of 4,400 tons of premium apples. 🍏

These storage facilities are equipped with cutting-edge Dynamic Controlled Atmosphere (DCA) technology using chlorophyll fluorescence sensors, four low-energy consumption ECO CO2 scrubbers, and a nitrogen generator with a capacity of 82 m³/h at 99% purity. Two Multiplex Plus gas analyzers provide a second independent reading for safety, eliminating the need for continuous manual checks of the room’s gas composition by operators. The rooms are also equipped with digital pressure controllers.

This setup ensures the freshness and quality of the apples throughout the storage period. Additionally, the advanced ammonia/glycol refrigeration system enhances the quality of the fruit by minimizing weight loss. The highly efficient heat recovery system ensures both performance and sustainability, keeping the operations environmentally friendly.

A big thank you to the incredible team that made this project possible. We can’t wait to see the system in action during the upcoming season! 🍎
